Get a good understanding of his attacks and OSRS gold dodge accordingly, I would also reccommend carrying a kyatt pouch along with about 20 scrolls. It makes things much easier, get rid of your sins after having used all your food and summon your kyatt. Do piety prayers for the duration of the fight in order to guard against melee at closing.
My stats are far lower than yours and I was able to melee the guy with ease (with rapier and ddef) I needed more like 10 brews and the rest were rocktails. I got close enough that you should manage fine even with the increased stats.
If you think the healing insufficient , you could always move to brewing. But what I suggested costs like 250k per attempt, versus about 400-500k when using brews. So it's worth it to try rocktails according to me. The rocks are also much simpler to manage because your stats stay boosted and you do not have to worry about counting 3-1/1 ratio when eating.
I just read around and found PC fascinating. I will try to get void. How long will it take? I'm trying to figure out what will be the ring and bow... ( Does D Bow count as my best ?)... and , if my arrows go right back at conclusion of the game. Also the helm, would an arma helm better? Arrows do not return to you after the conclusion to the end of. I've heard void takes about 7-14hrs. I haven't bothered recording time, but it took approximately 10 hours. I would highly not recommend choosing void, especially if you're planning on renewing your membership.
In the beginning, I think the Runcrafting minigame, also known as the Great Orb Project, is the best cash for f2p. So get 50 RC ASAP! Train Atk and then Strike Men in Edgeville. Move on to The Guards in the palace at Al Kharid, and finishing with the Flesh Crawlers in the second Stronghold of Secruity. The best place to cheap OSRS GP find Flesh Crawlers is in the south-east corner of the room.
